How can I pay? Do you accept credit cards?
We do not take online credit card payments on this website. All orders are settled by bank transfer / EFT. Once you submit the order form you receive an order number and our bank account details are shown to you.
What should I do after placing an order?
After sending your payment to our bank account, please fill in the Payment Notification form. Once your payment is verified, your order is confirmed and moves into preparation.
How do I track my order?
You can check the status on the Order Tracking page using your order number and phone number.
Do the prices include VAT?
Product pages show both the price excluding VAT and the price including VAT. The invoice is issued on the VAT-inclusive amount.
How long does delivery take?
Orders with confirmed payment are prepared according to stock availability. For robot products the lead time depends on the production schedule; an exact delivery date is confirmed to you after ordering.
How long is the warranty?
Our cleaning robots carry a 2 year warranty, and our battery-powered cleaning brushes are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
Do you provide spare parts and technical service?
Yes. We supply every kind of consumable part such as brushes, batteries and spray nozzles, along with technical service support.
Can you produce brushes in different lengths?
Yes. On request we can manufacture brushes in different lengths to suit your site. We can also customise our robots in your corporate colours.
Can I book a cleaning service instead of buying a robot?
Yes. We come to your solar plant and carry out professional robotic panel cleaning. Pricing is project based; see the Services page for details.
How much water does the robot use?
It varies by model: roughly 350 L/hour for the F120 and roughly 300 L/hour for the F80. That is a significant water saving compared with conventional methods.
Can it damage the panels?
No. No chemicals are used, and the imported soft-bristle brushes together with the brush height adjustable from the remote control protect the panel surface. The bird dropping scraper attachment also works without harming the panel.
