Privacy Policy

Frobot privacy policy and the protection of personal data.

We do not accept online credit card payments on this website. All orders are collected by bank transfer / EFT. Any sections of the text that refer to credit card transactions are for information only and do not apply to our current sales process.

All services provided on our store belong to Fırat Otomasyon ve Güvenlik Sistemleri — Fırat Karadeniz, registered at Karşıyaka Mah. Rıza Şimşek Cad. No: 46 B Altınordu / Ordu - Türkiye, and are operated by our company.

Our company may collect personal data for various purposes. Set out below is how and in what manner the personal data collected is gathered, and how and in what manner such data is protected.

Through membership registration or the completion of the various forms and surveys on our store, a number of personal details relating to members (such as first and last name, company details, telephone, address or e-mail addresses) are collected by our store as an inherent part of the business.

From time to time our company may send its customers and members campaign information, information about new products and promotional offers. Members may make any choice regarding whether or not to receive such information at the time of registration; afterwards they may change this choice from the account information section once logged in, or give notice via the link contained in the informational message sent to them.

Personal information transmitted electronically to our store by our members during the approval process carried out through our store or by e-mail will not be disclosed to third parties beyond the purposes and scope determined by the "User Agreement" concluded with our members.

In order to identify problems relating to the system and to resolve quickly any problems or disputes that may arise in connection with the service provided, our company records and uses the IP addresses of its members. IP addresses may also be used to identify users in a general manner and to gather comprehensive demographic information.

Our company may also use the requested information, beyond the purposes and scope determined by the Membership Agreement, for the purpose of direct marketing carried out by itself or by the persons with whom it cooperates. Personal information may also be used to contact the user where necessary. Information requested by our company, information provided by the user, or information relating to transactions carried out through our store may be used by our company and the persons with whom it cooperates, beyond the purposes and scope determined by the "Membership Agreement", for various statistical evaluations, the creation of databases and market research, without disclosing the identity of our members.

Our company undertakes to keep confidential information strictly private and confidential, to regard this as a duty of secrecy, and to take all necessary measures and exercise all due care to ensure and maintain confidentiality and to prevent all or any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain or from being used without authorisation or disclosed to a third party.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

Our company places the security of credit card holders who shop on our shopping sites above all else. Your credit card details are never stored in our system in any way.

When you enter the transaction process, there are two things you should look for in order to know that you are on a secure site. One of these is a key or padlock icon at the very bottom line of your browser. This shows that you are on a secure internet page and that all your information is protected by encryption. This information is used only in connection with the sales transaction process and in line with the instructions you have given. The credit card details used during the purchase are encrypted with the 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol independently of our shopping sites and forwarded to the relevant bank for verification. If the availability of the card is approved, the purchase continues. Since no information about the card can be viewed or recorded by us, third parties are prevented from obtaining this information under any circumstances.

The reliability of the payment/invoice/delivery address details of orders placed online by credit card is checked by our company against Credit Card Fraud. For this reason, before the orders of customers ordering from our shopping sites for the first time can proceed to the supply and delivery stage, the accuracy of their financial and address/telephone details must first be confirmed. If necessary, the credit card holder or the relevant bank is contacted to verify this information.

Only you can access and change all the information you provide when registering as a member. Provided that you keep your login details secure, it is not possible for others to access or change information about you. To this end, membership transactions take place within a 128-bit SSL security area. This system is an international encryption standard that cannot be broken.

Online shopping sites that have an information line or customer service department and that state a full address and telephone number are increasingly preferred today. In this way you can obtain detailed information on any question that comes to mind and form a sounder view of the reliability of the company providing the online shopping service.

Note: We recommend that you check that the full address and telephone number of the company are given on online shopping sites. If you are going to shop, note down all the telephone and address details of the store you are buying from before making your purchase. If you are not confident, call before shopping to confirm. All information about our company and its location is stated on all of our online shopping sites.

MAIL ORDER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURITY

The identity and credit card details you send us by the credit card mail-order method will be stored by our company in accordance with the principle of confidentiality. This information is held for 60 days against possible chargeback objections that may arise with the bank and is destroyed thereafter. Since you can naturally object to the bank and prevent payment if any amount other than the amount of the mail-order form approved by you and sent to us in return for the products you ordered is charged to your card, this does not constitute a risk.

THIRD PARTY WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS

Our store may provide links to other sites within its website. Our company bears no responsibility whatsoever for the privacy practices and content of the sites accessed through these links. Advertisements published on our company site are distributed to our users through our advertising business partners. The Privacy Policy Principles in this agreement relate solely to the use of our store and do not cover third party websites.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

In the limited cases set out below, our company may disclose information belonging to users to third parties outside the provisions of this "Privacy Policy". These circumstances are limited in number and comprise:

Complying with obligations imposed by rules of law issued by a competent legal authority and in force, such as Laws, Decree Laws and Regulations;

For the purpose of fulfilling and giving effect to the requirements of the "Membership Agreement" and other agreements concluded between our store and users;

A request for information about users for the purpose of conducting an investigation or inquiry duly carried out by a competent administrative or judicial authority;

Cases where it is necessary to provide information in order to protect the rights or safety of users.

E-MAIL SECURITY

Never write your credit card number or your passwords in the e-mails you send to our store Customer Services regarding any order of yours. Information contained in e-mails may be seen by third parties. Our company cannot under any circumstances guarantee the security of information transmitted from your e-mails.

BROWSER COOKIES

Our company may obtain information about users visiting our store and about their use of the website by using a technical communication file (Cookie). The technical communication files in question are small text files that a website sends to the user's browser to be stored in the main memory. The technical communication file makes the use of the Internet easier by storing status and preferences about the site.

The technical communication file helps to obtain statistical information about how many people visit the site, for what purpose and how many times a person visits the site and how long they stay on the site, and helps to generate advertisements and content dynamically from user pages specially designed for users. The technical communication file is not designed to obtain data or any other personal information from the main memory or from your e-mail. Most browsers are initially designed to accept technical communication files, but users may, if they wish, change their settings so that the technical communication file is not received or so that a warning is given when the technical communication file is sent.

Our company may amend the provisions of this "Privacy Policy" at any time by publishing them on the site, by sending electronic mail to users, or by publishing them on its site. Where the provisions of the Privacy Policy change, they take effect on the date of publication.
